How to install

• Unzip the Pokemon Silver Yellow compressed archive and launch xdeltaUI.exe.
• Press the Patch button, select the .xdelta patch, then choose the Source File, which is your pure Pokemon SoulSilver ROM.
• Name your newly created patched ROM with a title of your choosing and make sure to include the .nds extension when saving it in the Output File section.

• The HM moves of certain basic flying Pokemon have undergone revisions.
