Collar X Malice ROM Description
In the bustling streets of Tokyo’s Shinjuku ward, rookie police officer Ichika Hoshino was carrying out her nightly patrol as usual. But on this fateful evening, her life would take an unforeseen turn. As she made her way home after work, Ichika was suddenly ambushed by masked assailants. When she regained consciousness, a deadly collar had been locked around her neck – one that could end her life with a single push of a button by its unknown controllers.
Ichika soon found herself dragged into a harrowing crusade for justice being waged by the secretive terrorist group Adonis. Led by the enigmatic figure known only as “Zero,” Adonis had embarked on a string of public executions they dubbed the “X-Day Incidents.” Claiming to cleanse Japan of all evil, their gruesome murders left the people of Shinjuku living in fear under lockdown.
With her life on the line, Ichika joined forces with a rogue band of former police investigating the X-Days independently. Through them, she met former officers Mineo Enomoto, Kei Okazaki, Takeru Sasazuka, and Kageyuki Shiraishi, each with their own pasts and views on heroism. Together they sought to unveil Adonis’ true motives and survival Ichika. But doing so would pull her into a shadowy web of corruption, revenge, and conflicting ideals of justice.
As tensions mount and the death toll rises, Ichika must stay one step ahead of Adonis to uncover the truth. Little does she know her sense of justice would also attract the interest of Zero himself.
