Once again working together, the Peregrine Falcon Strike Force and S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. confront Morden, who is an extraterrestrial in disguise. Aliens have captured the real Morden and are holding him hostage.

In the plot, the player’s character gets kidnapped by aliens, and a replacement is introduced. An odd alliance is formed between the Strike Force and Morden’s forces to rescue their fellow soldiers who the alien leader, Rootmars, has taken.
