Capcom’s senior developers created the action-platform Mega Man X4, or Rockman X4 (X4), in its native Japan. It’s the second time the Mega Man X series has appeared on the Sega Saturn and PlayStation and the fourth game overall. Although the PlayStation version was released in Europe in 1997, it lagged behind the other platforms in Japan and North America.
