Kirby Super Star ROM Description
Kirby Super Star, known as Kirby’s Fun Pak in Europe and Hoshi no Kirby Super Deluxe in Japan, is a platformer game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). It was released in 1996, and it is a collection of eight smaller games, all featuring Kirby as the main character.
The games included in Kirby Super Star are:
- Spring Breeze, which is a shorter, simpler version of the original Kirby’s Dream Land.
- Dyna Blade, where Kirby must stop the titular bird from destroying the Dream Land’s crops.
- Gourmet Race, which is a racing game where Kirby must collect food to win
- The Great Cave Offensive, where players must navigate a cave to find treasure
- Revenge of Meta Knight, where Kirby must stop the Meta Knight’s battleship from destroying Dream Land
- Milky Way Wishes, where Kirby must travel to different planets to collect energy and make a wish to the constellation
