Despite a few slip-ups that resulted in turnovers, the play calling system was also a great addition. The goal of the game was to keep players engaged until March Madness, mirroring the shifting dynamics of the real NCAA tournament through dynamic updates.

The visual spectacle of NCAA Basketball 10 was essentially the same as NBA Live 10, with a few minor tweaks that brought a little more realism to the college setting, especially in the way crowd dynamics and venue intensity were portrayed.
