While lacking the refinement of the beloved Twisted Metal 2, the third installment expanded the vehicular carnage with over-the-top new locations, rides, and weapons. Drivers battled across war-torn Hollywood, D.C., London, and more while unleashing upgraded attacks like napalm and mortar fire.
