SUPER MARIO ALL-STARS ROM Description
In 1993, Nintendo put out Super Mario All-Stars for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). It was a collection of four different Mario games. This collection has updated versions of Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. 2, and Super Mario Bros. 3.
The games in this collection have been given minor balancing modifications and improved visuals and audio to increase their enjoyment. Classic side-scrolling platforming is preserved in Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, while the formula is expanded in Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3.
The ability to save and load game progress is one of the many wonderful features of Super Mario All-Stars. This was a huge improvement over earlier versions of the games, which required starting from scratch every time the system was turned off.
Super Mario All-Stars is a must-play for anybody who wants to experience the classic Mario games freshly and excitingly. The games in this compilation are the best they have ever been, thanks to the graphics, sound, and save system updates.
