Additional plots follow the events of the Pokémon Adventures Manga in this hack, which often results in the game being more bloody and gruesome than classic Pokémon video games. Characters like Ash Ketchum, Delia Ketchum, Officer Jenny, Nurse Joy, Professor Ivy, Jessie, James, Meowth, and Butch also make appearances. Other anime characters include Officer Jenny, Nurse Joy, and Professor Ivy. New storylines

Surge’s Pikachu requests that the player place its ashes in the Pokémon Tower. It is revealed in the Pokémon Tower that Lt. Surge was the one who saved Pikachu and that Giovanni was the one who killed him afterward.
• During the action at Pewter city’s museum, the player is charged with freeing a girl held captive by many Magmar.
• Along the path that Red takes to reach the Pokémon League, he comes across a figure named Grey who leads a group of Eeveelutions. Team Rocket successfully captures the Eeveelutions and sells them on the underground market.
• As a former Kanto champion, Delia Ketchum can be challenged to a battle.
• Once the player obtains the batteries, they can travel to Palette Town’s future and see it after it has been transformed into a dystopia.
