Pokemon Emerald Enhanced ROM Description
Emerald Enhanced, a ROM hack aimed for advanced gamers, has completely revamped the Pokémon Emerald edition. Please keep in mind that because Emerald Enhanced employs complicated code not seen in other GBA games, it can only be played smoothly on genuine Nintendo hardware or the mGBA emulator.
Compatibility with generic emulators based on VBA code may be a concern, since they have been known to crash and create difficulties. If at all possible, utilize mGBA or My Boy! on Android to ensure a seamless gameplay experience.
ROM features
The game features 684 Pokémon and offers 7 starter options. The movesets of all frontier Pokémon have been updated to meet competitive standards. There are six modes of play to choose from: Hard, Normal, Easy, Nuzlocke, Hardcore, and Frontier.
Other features include a follower system, autoscaling trainers and wild encounters, a 1 in 256 chance to encounter a boss wild Pokémon, the ability to perform HM functions without any badges or items, and a completely custom jukebox.
In addition, players can enjoy Elite 4 rematch parties, New Game +, and use the Forecaster item to set any weather they desire. The game also features a Physical/Special split, decapitalization, and a random battle generator.
