Pokemon Unbound is a fan-made ROM hack of Pokemon Platinum for the Nintendo DS. There are new parts to the story, updated graphics, and new features that weren’t in the first game.

The historic Borrius Region serves as the backdrop for the tale of Pokemon Unbound. Centuries ago, a decisive battle took place between the Borrius and Kalos regions, a conflict in which Borrius sought to secure victory by unleashing a sinister power. Sadly, their plan was foiled when Kalos deployed their ultimate weapon, ultimately leading to defeat for the Borrius region.

The conflict has long since ended and the dark force has been securely sealed to prevent any further harm. Yet, many years later, an ominous group known as “The Shadows” plots to unleash this dangerous energy for their own selfish motives.

Plot

Fifteen years ago, the regions of Kalos and Borrius were engaged in a bitter war. In a desperate attempt to gain the upper hand, Borrius unleashed a powerful and dangerous weapon on the Kalos region. Despite this, Kalos ultimately emerged victorious, and the weapon was sealed away.

Now, a mysterious group known as the Shadows seeks to unlock this weapon and use it for their own nefarious purposes. As a skilled Pokemon trainer, it is up to you to stop them and protect Borrius from destruction by playing Pokemon Unbound ROM NDS.

Game features

One of the biggest changes in Unbound is the addition of Pokemon from Generations 4, 5, and 6. This means that players can catch and train Pokemon from the latest generations and have access to new evolutions and abilities.
