You are imprisoned in a magical labyrinth of creatures and magic in this first-person dungeon crawler game. In sweeping first-person 3D labyrinths, defeat adversaries with magic and weaponry. Select between two different missions: assist a lost guy in escaping the depths or lead a young person looking for his parents. There are many formidable enemies to defeat, traps to set, and keys to locate on both adventures. You may use circle strafe to strategically hit adversaries with your sword, or you can trace magic symbols to cast spells.
You gain experience and wealth by defeating enemies and finding treasures, which helps you get stronger. There are always new abilities, gear, and weaponry to be discovered. When needed, take a break at the glowing statues to bank progress. But take caution—when you lose, the labyrinth’s depths will take your unsaved efforts.
Although the levels are monotonous and involve hacking and slashing through identical environments, the thrill of developing your hero and getting new gear is compelling. Spend some time sketching intricate symbols for a sorcery surge, or just focus on close-quarters swordplay. This first-person experience in a pocket-sized format is pleasant and has touch controls that are snappy.
