Take Mario, Luigi, Toad, or Princess Toadstool on adventures through Subcon’s dream realm. Every character has a special ability; some can jump very high, pick things very fast, float, or balance everything. Instead of jumping on opponents, you’ll toss them this time!
Subcon is distributed over seven bizarre planets with ice, clouds, deserts, and other features. In order to discover mysteries and warp forward, gather potions and enter Subspace. Gain health by gathering 1-up mushrooms and hearts. To release Subcon, defeat oddball bosses and ultimately take on the evil frog Wart.
This overlooked game became a popular sequel after being given a Super Mario makeover. Mario aficionados had something new and entertaining with the new vertically scrolling levels, character attributes, opponent behaviors, and music.
