Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 ROM is a fighting game developed by Dimps and published by Atari for the PlayStation 2. It was released in 2004 in Japan and North America, and in 2005 in Europe and Australia.
The game is based on the popular Dragon Ball Z anime and manga series, and it features a roster of characters from the series, including Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza.
