In TankCommander: Wage Futuristic Tank Warfare, take control of hover tanks and lead futuristic clashes. This PSP version of the 1998 Battlezone reboot offers a vehicle combat, RTS, and first-person shooter experience.
Utilize scrap metal salvage to construct bases and create new tanks in TankCommander. Give orders from an overhead or first-person cockpit perspective. Take on the role of American or Soviet soldiers engaged in a conflict over the solar system and its enigmatic extraterrestrial relics.
Fight on maps of the moon, mars, and other heavenly bodies. Take down opposing tanks and damage their supply routes for resources. Investigate new technology to strengthen your position against adversaries. You are taken through an alternate history Cold War amid the stars in an engaging campaign.
Although pathfinding and controls require some getting used to, the combination of shooting and tactics makes for fascinating sci-fi combat. To command tank squadrons, switch between viewpoints and steer your hovercraft directly. Be prepared for the AI to battle you fiercely in all tactical tasks.
