The new Spider-Man is a cool single-player game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. Sony released the game on the 7th of September 2018 worldwide for PS4 users and has designed it using a modified game engine first used in Sunset Overdrive. This great entertaining title includes riveting gameplay, brilliant graphics, Spider-Man web slinging mechanics, awesome soundtrack, and a horde of other impressive features.

Overview

The story involves Spider-Man fighting bad dudes in a vogue New York setting to keep millions of lives safe by thwarting the evil attacks of ferocious enemies. The game portrays Peter Parker and his special spider-man powers is no doubt reminiscent of the highly famous Marvel Comics superhero movies. The plot entails specialized combat systems like spider-sense, aerial fighting, and powerful finishing moves just as the real Spider-Man does in the movies. With top-of-the-line graphics, a new story, and amazing superpowers including character customization, Spider-Man has the gamer anticipation soaring to new heights.

Gameplay

You will get to kickbox your enemies off tall skyscrapers, web slinging around buildings, and wall crawl your way across mammoth structures to achieve your goal. Gliding throughout the city with pure ease, helping people in distress, and taking on fierce opponents in intense combat is insanely fun. The title features Miles Morales and Mary Jane Watson characters, special weapons and tech gadgets along with different Spider-Man outfits powered by special powers and features you will love flying around in stealth web shootin off enemies and pinning them to the sides of large buildings solving puzzles trying different gadgets and testing your combat skills in this adrenaline-pumping action-packed superhero game it’s just a few fun things you can do but honestly a game filled with unlimited amounts of fun.

Review

The only negative thing that we have to say is that it just isn’t long enough. Most people can beat the game in just under 24 hours which is half the amount of time of a normal PS4 game. However, with a seemingly endless amount of side missions you could theoretically play this game for like well forever. We rate this game a solid 5 out of 5.
